The Cabarrus County CVB’s Visitor Information Center has been recognized as a 2024 Travelers’ Choice Award winner by travel guidance platform, Tripadivsor.

According to Tripadvisor, the Travelers’ Choice Award honors businesses that consistently earn great reviews, placing them among the top 10% of listings around the world on Tripadvisor. This award is based on genuine feedback from anyone in the community who has visited and left an authentic, first-hand review on Tripadvisor over a 12-month period, making it a valuable and trustworthy designation of great places to visit.

“Our knowledgeable and friendly Visitor Services team takes great pride in offering memorable experiences and outstanding hospitality to every guest,” said Cabarrus County CVB President and CEO Donna Carpenter. “We are extremely proud of their efforts and this designation from Tripadvisor because it is a testament to their passion for our community and dedication to serving our guests. Located in Concord, North Carolina off Interstate 85 at Exit 49, the Cabarrus County Visitor Information Center welcomes locals and guests alike with warm hospitality and helpful resources to encourage continued exploration of Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis, Midland and Mt. Pleasant.

In addition to personalized assistance from our Visitor Services team, guests can pick up free brochures and maps including the Official Cabarrus County, NC Destination Guide. Tickets to select attractions and a variety of souvenirs, including locally made goods, are available for purchase. Other amenities include restrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshments, a free gift for every visitor, and more.

The Visitor Center is located at 10099 Weddington Road, Suite 102, Concord, NC 28027 and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
