CONCORD, N.C. (July 31, 2025) – For the second year in a row, the Cabarrus County Convention & Visitors Bureau’s Visitor Information Center has been recognized in Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards.

According to Tripadvisor, the Travelers’ Choice distinction is earned by experiences with consistently strong reviews, placing them among the top 10% of listings around the world on Tripadvisor. This award is based on genuine feedback from anyone in the community who has visited and left an authentic, first-hand review on Tripadvisor over a 12-month period, making it a valuable and trustworthy designation of travelers’ favorites.

“This honor means a great deal because it is based on the opinions of our visitors and is a direct reflection of the outstanding hospitality our Visitor Services team consistently extends,” said Cabarrus County CVB President and CEO Donna Carpenter. “We greatly appreciate everyone who has taken time to share their experience and hope their feedback encourages both first-time and return guests to stop by the Visitor Center and discover our incredible destination.”

Located in Concord, North Carolina off Interstate 85 at Exit 49, the Cabarrus County Visitor Information Center welcomes locals and travelers alike with warm hospitality and helpful resources to encourage continued exploration of Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis, Midland and Mount Pleasant.

In addition to personalized assistance from the Visitor Services team, guests can pick up free brochures and maps including the Official Cabarrus County, NC Destination Guide.
