(April18, 2013) – Concord, NC – Concord Mills takes the number one slot on Charlotte Business Journal’s list of Top Attractions. With over 200 stores, Concord Mills is the largest shopping and entertainment destination in the Carolinas.

On a Charlotte Business Journal blog, Research Director Amy Shapiro posted Top of the List: Tourist Attractions naming the top five area attractions. The full list of 25 can be found in the April 12 print edition of Charlotte Business Journal.

Another Cabarrus attraction makes the list at number 4. The Charlotte Motor Speedway complex encompasses the 1.5-mile superspeedway, zMAX Dragway, and the Dirt Track at Charlotte.

Concord Mills and Charlotte Motor Speedway are both located at Exit 49 off of Interstate 85 along with 12 hotel properties, a wide variety of restaurants and the Cabarrus County Visitor Information
