CONCORD, NC (April 9, 2019) – April brings a month-long celebration of North Carolina’s thriving craft beer culture and visitors can celebrate the occasion in Cabarrus County with self-guided tasting tour, Race to Taste.

With more than 300 across the state, North Carolina boasts the largest number of breweries and brew pubs in the American South. Cabarrus County is home to seven breweries with even more openings on tap, and all have their own special stories and scenery. From meeting the head brewer and discovering the local landmark behind a beer’s name, to taking part in taproom events, every glass holds an opportunity to learn more about the area’s history and character.
